We know how hard it is when an injury stops us from doing our job and the effect that has on our pockets.

If you’re self-employed, the reality is that if you’re unable to work then you’re probably not earning – and you may have the added pressure of letting down your loyal customers too.  For many self-employed people this a scary scenario that most of us ignore, but unfortunately things can, and do, go wrong.

You don’t need to panic though – all you need to do is give us a call.

If you’re paying for treatment yourself, there is a cost for treatment, but you will get back to work sooner than without it – which is why we always recommend that you get treated as soon as you feel something isn’t right – as that prevention is better (and cheaper!) than cure.  This could mean that you won’t have to stop working and can carry on with business as usual.

We also offer MOTs – these are one-hour assessments during which one of our highly trained Physios will evaluate your alignment, accumulated damage, weaknesses and imbalances.  Feedback is given on how to improve which should mean that you never get the twinges in the first place – and to make you feel even better, you can pay for all of this through your business – off-setting it against your tax bill.

We provide businesses large and small with a wide variety of help from ergonomic assessments, manual-handling training, driving positions and toolbox talks to treatments from Physiotherapy and massage to Podiatry and Alexander technique training.
